Monthly Maintenance
Our monthly and bi-weekly maintenance plans include weeding, pruning, debris removal/hauling, and other essential tasks to keep your yard looking its best.
Year-Round Maintenance
Our year-round maintenance plan is tailored to each part of the season. We prune trees and shrubs in fall, weed and mow more frequently in spring, and perform fall leaf/debris clean-ups.
One-Off Services
We offer one-off services such as half and full-day cleanups, mulch delivery and installation, mowing/edging, and seasonal plantings.
How Our Maintenance Plans Work
1. Get a yard clean up and free estimate for on-going maintenance
If your yard hasn't had regular maintenance for a while, a full or half-day clean-up is often needed to get things back on track.
During this time, we'll also assess your space and provide a free estimate for ongoing maintenance if you like working with us.
2. Choose your plan
We offer "budget", "full-service" and "all-inclusive" plans with fixed monthly pricing to maintain your landscape all season long.
Budget: is for customers who want a simple monthly visit with no fall cleanup/winterization.
Full-Service: is for customers, without grass to mow, who want us to take on all the yard work for them.
All-Inclusive: is intended for customers who want all lawn and garden care taken care of them all year.

Jessica is the heart and hands of Balsamroot Landscaping, driven by her obsession with plants and her love for being outdoors. Known for her endless energy and inability to "sit still," she's always tackling a new project—whether it's building garden beds, planting hedges, or hacking away at overgrown shrubs during tough yard cleanups.
Jessica is a certified permaculture consultant and is driven by a sustainable practices, nurturing healthy ecosystems, and maintaining beautiful outdoor spaces.
In her free time, Jessica loves taking care of her six chickens, nurturing her many species of fig trees, and planning her own garden.
Corinne, Co-Owner
Business Operations and Marketing
Corinne brings a unique blend of technical expertise and a love for the outdoors. She handles everything from website development/design, marketing, invoicing, to boots-on-the-ground estimating.
Corinne loves solving problems for customers and often is thinking outside the box. She listens carefully to needs, is a great communicator, and finds creative solutions that make their experience as smooth and efficient as possible.
When she's not working on the business, you'll likely find her hiking, reading a good book, or spending time with her dog, Moose.
